HAR §16-74-50. Suspension
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-50
It shall be within the province of the commission
to suspend any contestant, his manager or seconds, contesting in the State, or
acting in any capacity in connection with any bout, who is guilty of unfair
dealings, ungentlemanly conduct or of violating any of the rules of the
commission.
