HAR §16-75-16. Denials

In the event the director proposes to refuse an application for the issuance of a license or for renewal of a license, the director shall notify the applicant by letter of the director’s proposed action which shall 75-6 include a concise statement of the reasons therefor and a statement informing the applicant of the right to a notice and a hearing.
