HAR §16-80-1. Objective
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-80-1
This chapter adopted by the board of electricians and
plumbers, hereafter referred to as "board," is intended to clarify and implement
chapter 448E, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and to insure the safety and welfare of the
