HAR §16-85-26. Manner of disclosure
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-85-26
The information to be disclosed may be
presented in writing, orally, or by means of audio visual aids, and shall be in
language the patient or guardian can reasonably be expected to understand;
provided that any written form of consent need not be in a language other than
