HAR §16-88-58. Disapproval of course providers, courses, and instructors

(a)
Course providers, courses, and instructors may be disapproved when:
(1)
The instructor or administrators of the course provider have had any
disciplinary action imposed against them in any jurisdiction; or
(2)
The course provider, course, or instructor fails to meet the
requirements in section 16-88-57.
(b)
Course approval may be withdrawn for cause after notification to
the course provider by the board or the board's authorized designee. [Eff and
