HAR §16-89-35. Denial of approval

Prior to denial of approval or change of
approval status, a hearing shall be held pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, and chapter 16-
201. A hearing may be petitioned by the board after a program has been given two
consecutive warnings and has not presented sufficient evidence of meeting
