HAR §16-89-75. Objective

This subchapter is intended to recognize the
performance of additional acts performed by registered nurses practicing in
expanded specialized roles, and to set standards for nurses practicing as advanced
practice registered nurses in order to protect and safeguard the welfare of the public.
