HAR §16-89-95. Fees

(a) Every application for a license shall be accompanied
by the appropriate fees provided in chapter 16-53 and any other fee required by law.
(b)

§16-89-97 Advanced practice registered nurse requesting prescriptive
authority. An advanced practice registered nurse who applies for prescriptive
authority also shall comply with the eligibility requirements as set forth by the board
