HAR §16-90-10. Misrepresentation of material fact

Any misrepresentation of material fact by the applicant in the pre-examination requirements and qualifications in the application for examination as a nursing home administrator or any misrepresentation of material fact in the application for issuance of a temporary permit as a nursing home administrator, shall result in the denial of the applicant for the examination or denial of the issuance of a temporary permit as determined by the board.
