HAR §16-90-29. Revocation, suspension of endorsed licenses

The board shall
have the power to revoke or suspend the endorsement of a nursing home
administrator license issued to any person upon evidence satisfactory to the board
that the person's license has been revoked or suspended by the duly constituted
authorities of any state. The licensee shall be given due notice of the board's action
and an opportunity to be heard at a formal hearing. [Eff 1/8/71; am and ren §16
