HAR §16-93-6. Preliminary investigation of applicants

Upon request of any
member of the board, the executive secretary of the board shall, under supervision
of the chairman, initiate preliminary investigation of applicants in conjunction
with the investigative staff of the department of commerce and consumer affairs.
