HAR §16-97-38. Psychiatric or psychological disorders

Applicants for a private detective or guard license shall provide the board with: (1) A signed medical release which authorizes the board to check into the applicant's psychiatric or psychological background; (2) The names of at least two personal physicians, psychologists, or psychiatrists that have seen the applicant within the past five years; (3) Any information concerning the applicant's treatment for any psychiatric or psychological disorder; and (4) Information describing any treatment for a psychiatric or psychological disorder that was recommended, but not completed.
