HAR §16-98-2. Definitions

As used in this chapter: "AASPB" means American Association of State Psychology Boards. "ABPP" means American Board of Professional Psychology. "Accredited institution" means an institution of higher education which is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, New England Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, Northwest Association of Secondary Schools, Southern Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools or the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. "Approved program" means a program in clinical psychology approved by the American Psychological Association. "Board" means the board of psychology. "Consultation" means the act or procedure of seeking advice or information, or exchanging views and conferring with an individual, who has no legal, administrative, and professional accountability for the services to be rendered. 98-2
