(a)
The
ACCSB shall keep records to document information
acquired in the administration of the ACCSB programs.
(b)
This information shall:
(1)
Substantiate the expenditure of public funds;
(2)
Be kept in confidential records and files;
and
(3)
Not be subject to any other law permitting
inspection of public records.
