HAR §17-1445-6. Notification

Registered nurse
instructors and registered nurse evaluators are
responsible for submitting the names of the nurse
aides who have successfully met the requirements for
recertification as specified in this chapter to the
department of commerce and consumer affairs, in the
format prescribed by the gDŽpartmDždžt of commerce and
consumer affairs.
