Exceptions to the provisions of this chapter shall be made at the discretion of the department. 7. The repeal of chapters 17-807, 17-828, 17-833, 17-834, and 17-943.1 and the adoption of chapter 17-1617 shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. 1617-30 20 46
