(a) Clothing shall be clean, well fitting, appropriate to age, sex, individual needs, and comparable to community standards. (b) Children of school age shall participate in the selection and purchase of their own clothing whenever possible and appropriate. (c) Each child shall be provided with individual towels, combs, toothbrushes, and other personal essentials.
