The Iowa Insurance Division has executed its plan for sustained operational excellence to assure that the needs of our customers are met. Many of the IID team members are working remotely, however, all consumer protection, financial regulation, product review, and licensing operations are functional. As you implement your business contingency plans in light of the Covid-19 emergency, please advise as to what assistance the IID can provide.
