Bulletin 26-02 To: All Licensed Adjusters, Insurers, and Other Interested Parties From: Doug Ommen, Iowa Insurance Commissioner RE: Recission of Bulletin 25-08 Date: May 29, 2026 Bulletin 25-08 was scheduled to sunset on June 30, 2026. However, Bulletin 25-08 is now rescinded immediately as of this date due to the changes made in early 2026 by the legislature in HF 2582, and by the promulgation of emergency administrative rules (ARC 0308D) that amend Iowa Administrative Code § 191—55.10, with an effective date of May 5, 2026.
