I f t h e term "water p r o j e c t " was i n t e n d e d t o mean only i r r i g a t i o n
p r o j e c t s , t h e above quoted language would b e superfluous.
Although no d e f i n i t i o n o f "water p r o j e c t ' ' e x i s t s w i t h i n t h e
a c t i n q u e s t i o n , t h e term i s d e f i n e d f o r purposes of t h e code
s e c t i o n s concerning t h e r e v o l v i n g development fund.

w i t h i n t h i s state and, i f found worthy o f revenue bond support

this a c t .
