Safety And Emergency Procedures

01. Emergency Plan. The detention center will have written policies and procedures that address safety plans for responding to emergency situations. (7-1-24) 02. Compliance with Fire Code. The detention center shall comply with local and state fire codes. A request for an annual inspection is made to the local fire marshal or authorized agency. The detention center maintains documentation of this inspection. (7-1-24)
