Authority To Inspect

The Department has the authority to conduct reviews of programs, program operations, juvenile offender placements, and facilities to ensure the Provider's compliance with these rules. The Provider shall cooperate with the Department's review, and must provide access to the facility and all juvenile records for juveniles in Department custody, as deemed necessary by the Department.
