Insurance Deductible

The maximum deductible allowed for insurance required by Section 69-206(1), Idaho Code, shall be five thousand dollars ($5,000). However, a larger deductible may be allowed at the discretion of the Director. (3-15-22) 401. – 429. (RESERVED)
