Appeals

Except as provided in Section 170 of these rules, a licensee aggrieved by a ruling of the Board of Stewards may IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 11.04.01 – Rules Governing the Idaho State Police / Racing Commission Idaho State Racing Commission Section 166 Page 42 appeal to the Racing Commission. A licensee who fails to file an appeal by the deadline and in the form outlined by these rules waives the right of appeal. (7-1-24)
