Conditions

The racing secretary determines that all conditions and eligibility requirements for entering races meet Racing Commission rules and cause them to be published to owners, trainers and the Racing Commission and be posted in the racing secretary's office. (7-1-24) 01. Winnings Included. For the purpose of establishing conditions, winnings must be considered to include all monies and prizes won up to the time of the start of a race. (7-1-24) 02.
