Commission Veterinarian Authority

The Commission Veterinarian has the authority to supervise the actions of veterinarians licensed by the Racing Commission while they are practicing at any location under the jurisdiction of the Racing Commission in accordance with IDAPA 11.04.01.B.B4, “Rules Governing Equine Veterinary Practices, Permitted Medications, Banned Substances, and Drug Testing of Horses.” (7-1-24)
