Restrictions On Jockeys

01. Owner. No licensed Jockey may be the Owner or Trainer of any race horse. (7-1-24) 02. Betting. No Jockey may make a bet on any race nor accept the promise or the token of any bet with respect to the race in which riding, except through or from the Owner or Trainer of the horse being ridden and then only that horse.
