Records Required Of Investment Advisers

Pursuant to provisions of the Act, every investment adviser registered or required to be registered under the Act shall make and keep true, accurate and current books and records as listed in 17 CFR 275.204-2 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as currently amended. (7-1-24)
