Campylobacteriosis
01. Restrictions - Daycare Facility. A person excreting Campylobacter must not provide personal care in a daycare and an fecally incontinent person excreting Campylobacter must not attend a daycare facility unless an exemption is obtained from the Department or Health District. Before returning to work or daycare, the person must provide at least two (2) successive approved fecal specimens, collected at least twenty-four (24) hours apart, that fail to show Campylobacter upon testing by a licensed laboratory.
