Modification to Section 2-102.11. The person in charge of a food establishment may demonstrate knowledge on the risks of foodborne illness or health hazards by one (1) of the following. (4-6-23) 01. No Priority Violations. Complying with the incorporated Food Code by not having any priority violations at the time of inspection; (4-6-23) 02. Approved Courses. Completion of the Idaho Food Safety Exam, or an equivalent course designed to meet the same training as the Idaho Food Safety Exam; or (4-6-23) 03. Certified Food Protection Manager. Being a certified food protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program. (4-6-23) 211. -- 299. (RESERVED)
