Machines Required To Be Licensed

Radiation producing machines, unless exempt under Section B.4 of the Suggested State Regulations for Control o f Radiation incorporated under Section 004 of these rules, must be licensed with the Radiation Control Agency i n accordance with the requirements of Sections B.6 through B.9, of the Suggested State Regulations for Control o f Radiation, as applicable.
