Group Health Plan Enrollment

Title XIX and Title XXI participants must apply for and enroll in a cost-effective group health plan if one is available. A cost-effective health plan is one which has premiums and co-payments at a lower cost than Medicaid would pay for full medical services. Medicaid will pay premiums and other co-payments for plans the Department finds cost- effective. (7-1-24)
