Disaster Certification

When allowed by FNS, under Section 302(a) of the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, the Department can certify households affected by a natural disaster. If the Secretary of USDA declares a disaster area, the Department will follow disaster instructions issued by the USDA. (7-1-24) 196. -- 199. (RESERVED)
