Ending Sanctions For Failure To Comply With Jsap

Household members sanctioned for not complying with JSAP are ineligible until a condition listed below is met. (7-1-24) 01. Fair Hearing Reversal. Sanction ends if a fair hearing reverses the sanction. (7-1-24) 02. Sanctioned Member Becomes Exempt. Sanction ends if the sanctioned member becomes exempt from JSAP. (7-1-24) 03. Member Complies With JSAP. Sanction ends if the member, who refused to comply with a JSAP requirement, complies. The member must complete corrective action and serve the minimum sanction period.
