Participant Voluntary Quit Or Reduction Of Work Hours

If it is discovered a household member voluntarily quit a job or reduced work hours without good cause during the certification period the Department must provide the individual with a notice of adverse action within ten (10) days after the determination of a quit or reduction in work effort.
