Gross Income Limit

Households exceeding the gross income limit for the household size are not eligible unless they are categorically IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IDAPA 16.03.04 Department of Health and Welfare Idaho Food Stamp Program Section 533 Page 49 eligible or have an elderly or disabled member. A household with an elderly or disabled household member is exempt from the gross income limit. (7-1-24)
