Hearing Request

A participant may request a hearing to contest a Department decision. The participant must make the request within ninety (90) days of the date the Department mailed the notice of decision. Hearings will be conducted according to IDAPA 62.01.01, “Idaho Rules of Administrative Procedure,” and Office of Administrative Hearings General Order No. 1.
