Cooperation With The Quality Control Process

When the Department or federal government selects a case for review in the quality control process, the participant must cooperate in the review of the case. Benefits must be stopped, following advance notice, when a participant is unwilling to take part in the quality control process. If the participant reapplies for benefits, they must fully cooperate with the quality control process before the application can be approved. (7-1-24) 651. -- 699. (RESERVED)
