Ineligible Ssi Recipient

An SSI recipient is not eligible for Medicaid if they meet any of the conditions below. (7-1-24) 01. Medicaid Qualifying Trust. Has excess income from a Medicaid Qualifying Trust, created and funded before August 11, 1993. (7-1-24) 02. Noncooperation. Fails to cooperate in establishing paternity or securing support. (7-1-24) 03. Is in an Ineligible Institution. (7-1-24) 04. Trust. Has a trust that makes them ineligible for Medicaid. (7-1-24)
