Aged And Disabled (A&D) Waiver

To be eligible for the Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver the participant must: (7-1-24) 01. Age Eighteen Through Sixty-Four. Be eighteen (18) through sixty-four (64) years old and meet the disability criteria, as provided in Section 156 of these rules, and need nursing facility level of care under IDAPA 16.03.26, “Medicaid Plan Benefits”; or (7-1-24) 02. Age Sixty-Five or Older. Be age sixty-five (65) or older and need nursing facility level of care under IDAPA 16.03.26, “Medicaid Plan Benefits.” (7-1-24)
