Ineligibility Period

A household who receives a one-time cash payment is ineligible for the number of full or partial months for which the one-time cash payment is made and one (1) additional month for each month included in the one-time cas h payment. An applicant household who receives a one-time cash payment is ineligible for TAFI beginning the mont h of the one-time cash payment. A participant household who receives a one-time cash payment is ineligible for TAFI beginning the month after TAFI ends due to the one-time cash payment. The ineligibility period counts toward th e twenty-four (24) month time limit. (3-17-22)
