Department Notification Responsibility

Notification will be provided to a household whenever eligibility or the grant amount changes. The notification wil l state the effective date and the reason for the action, the rule that supports the action, and the household’s appea l rights. Notification may be delivered to the customer by hand, U.S. Mail, professional delivery service, or by an y electronic means. (3-17-22)
