Protective Payee

If an adult in the assistance unit is ineligible for TAFI for failure to comply with substance abuse screening, testing o r treatment requirements, the Department may establish a protective payee for the benefit of the child. If the adul t refuses to cooperate in establishing an appropriate protective payee for the child, the Department may appoint one. (3-17-22) 315. (RESERVED)
