Grievance Policy

Each DDA must develop and implement written grievance policies and procedures that outline in detail the agency’ s grievance policy. The policy must include how the agency will ensure participant and guardian are aware of th e process, how to file a grievance, and receive a response from the agency in fourteen (14) days or less.
