Requirements To Protect Residents From Inadequate Care

The administrator must ensure that policies and procedures are developed and implemented to ensure that al l residents are free from inadequate care. These policies and procedures should be posted in a conspicuous place in the facility, shared with new residents, families upon admission, all residents annually thereafter, and made availabl e upon request.
