Providers must develop and implement policies and procedures to address the HCBS setting requirements. (7-1-26) 534. (RESERVED) 535. EXCEPTIONS TO RESIDENTIAL PROVIDER-OWNED OR CONTROLLED SETTING QUALITIES. Exceptions to residential setting requirements must be based on a participant’s needs identified through person- centered planning.
