Adult Dd Services: Procedural Requirements

Providers must immediately report all allegations or suspicions of mistreatment, abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and injuries of unknown origin to the agency administrator, the Department, the adult protection authority, and any other required entity. (7-1-26)
