01. Limitations. The FEA must not: (7-1-26) a. Provide any other direct services to the participant, to ensure there is no conflict of interest; or (7-1-26) b. Employ the guardian, parent spouse, payee, or conservator of the participant or have direct control over the participant’s choice. (7-1-26)
