Participant Case Record

The participant case record is the documentary basis justifying the expenditure of LIHEAP funds. All material pertinent to a participant household will be retained for a permanent record. Eligibility determinations are supporte d by information in the permanent record showing that each eligibility requirement is met, or that one (1) or mor e eligibility requirements are not met.
