Denial Of Payment

The Department may deny payment to the vendor or participant for the following reasons: (4-6-23) 01. Services Not Provided. Any or all claims for vendor services the Department determines were not provided. (4-6-23) 02. Contrary to Rules or Provider Agreement. Vendor services provided contrary to these rules o r the vendor agreement. (4-6-23) 03. Failure to Provide Immediate Access to Records. The vendor does not allow immediate acces s by the Department to LIHEAP records. (4-6-23) 04. Willful Misrepresentation or Concealment of Facts.
